Dear Participants,
As of Friday, 11 July, 2025, spot contracts associated with the Standard Instruments Program Methane Performance Certificates <0.01% will be delisted and will no longer be able to be transacted on CBL Markets. The Operating Rules, Operating Procedures, Fee Schedule, and Standard Instruments Program will be amended to remove references to these contracts.

Participants with MPC holdings deposited to CBL must log into Fiùtur registry and withdraw their inventory from CBL Markets. If assistance is needed for withdrawal or other questions related to the registry, please contact Fiùtur Support at support@fiuturx.com.
The updated Operating Rules, Operating Procedures, Fee Schedule, and Standard Instruments Program will be available via Xpansiv’s Resources webpage.
